Return|Exchange policy 

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging unworn, undamaged and unwashed including tags, paperwork) with tags still attached.

All hair extensions (Closures or Frontals) swimsuits, body suits, lingerie, under clothing and Jewelry is final sale due to health and hygiene reasons. NO EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT on FINAL SALES as such! (Sale items) as well.

If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt please feel free to email Hushhh.hunni@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the package with photo proof. If failure to do so this results in our inability to exchange merchandise.

Hushhh Hunni is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Always provide and keep proof of tracking number when sending order back on your behalf, as well as getting insurance on package if need be. Please provide tracking number as well via our email. Followed by order number and name subject bar.

Hushhh Hunni reserve the right to decline you a store credit or exchange if order has reached time frame of return on items outside of the terms of our Returns Policy. If you put in the wrong address and the package is send back you’ll receive a refund 30 days from attempted delivery MINUS the shipping cost, so please make sure address match billing as well as address being entered correctly.

SHIPPING

When placing a order you will receive confirmation details based on order. Please allow 3-5 business days after order is processed. There is a 5-10 day process on orders during any sales. Once processed you will then receive tracking number via email.
